• Strictly necessary cookies (always active): they allow user authentication, session persistence and the application of language preferences. Their processing is grounded on the performance of the service and does not require prior consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
• Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity): they gather aggregated information on site usage to detect usability issues and improve the product. They are loaded only after 3 seconds from the start of the session, the first scroll or the first click, which minimises their impact on performance. Microsoft Clarity is configured in balanced masking mode: sensitive fields and images are hidden automatically.

The cookies and storage mechanisms that may be installed during browsing are the following:

• nivelix_session — Technical, httpOnly session cookie. Purpose: keep the authenticated session. Duration: session.
• nivelix_language — Technical cookie. Purpose: remember the chosen language. Duration: 12 months.
• _clck, _clsk, MUID, ANONCHK — Third-party cookies installed by Microsoft Clarity. Purpose: aggregated analytics and masked session recordings. Duration: up to 12 months.

You may configure your browser to reject analytics cookies or to delete them. The major browsers offer detailed instructions on their respective help pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera and Brave).

If you decide to block strictly necessary cookies, please bear in mind that some Platform functionality may stop working correctly (you will not be able to keep your session signed in).

Microsoft Clarity is a service operated by Microsoft Corporation, with its headquarters in the United States. The company is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
